We are pleased to share that Rolling Hills School has applied for a booth at the Brooks Farmer's Market where we can sell our locally produced eggs, and also our locally produced PORK!
Our pigs were inspected and processed and we have just received our finished product. Our JR. High Students will be working in their Math class to review the market and costs including input, butchering, etc so as to price the pork accordingly!
